BOT And BLT Models

We specialize in and operate on Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) and Build-Lease-Transfer (BLT) models to hire and train the qualified people in the project initiation phase, optimize and run or lease a process delivery operation and transfer the resources to the offsite as needed.
